Furnace First Group Live Performance🔥Reflection

一個空間，三小時，五個人。
水與泡沫；布與剪刀；線與空間；紙巾與噴壺；
酒、蛋、蘋果與避孕套。
物料的攪拌與糾纏，行動的選擇與隨機意外，感官訊息爆炸的𣊬間，眼神遊離在各自被吸引的火花當中，交纏與重疊的聯想，層次的矛盾與荒誕感顯現。
關於意義與本質的提問和討論，言語和字詞的定義、解釋或翻譯，如不一致的話將會是一場自說自話，但感受與體驗的共時性將會是延伸行為現場的重點。
人間的聚總是陰晴月缺，暫且相信難以言喻的東西將會引發一場直覺的盛宴吧！

「很高興參加昨天的集體演出。我享受當中的每一分鐘，並且熱刺期待看到接下來會發生什麼。我對行為藝術的定義的理解已經從尋找背後的意義轉變為僅僅在當下欣賞它，就好像它是一幅行動中的抽象畫。
每位藝術家的行為都以其荒誕、隨意、真實和超越人類生活的敏感度吸引著我的目光，而這些在富德樓之外是不存在的。在演出過程中，我可以透過每個動作和行動方向感受到每位藝術家的強烈特色。行動比言語更有力量，因為行動不會說謊；這是我喜歡行為藝術的另一個原因。偉大的藝術是我們內心的反映。偉大的藝術邀請我們去感受並更了解自己和我們是誰。
這是一個安全的空間，可以共同培育每個藝術家的成長。」

“It was a pleasure to attend the group performance from yesterday. l enjoy every minute of it and can’t get enough to see what will happen next. My understanding of defining performance art has transformed from searching for meaning behind it to appreciating it simply in the present moment as if it were a piece of abstract painting in motion.
Each artist’s actions catch my eye with their absurdity, randomness, authenticity, and sensitivities beyond the mundane of our ordinary human lives, which do not exist outside of the Fok Tan Building. During the performance, l could sense each artist’s strong characteristics through each action and move. Actions are way more powerful than words because they don’t tell lies; that’s another reason l like performance arts. Great arts are reflections of our hearts. Great arts invite us to feel and get closer to knowing ourselves and who we are. It is such a safe space to nurture each artist’s growth collectively.”

Water and foam; cloth and scissors; thread and space; paper towels and spray bottle;
Wine, eggs, apples and condoms.
Stirring and entanglement of materials, choice of actions and random accidents, in the midst of sensory explosion, eyes wandering in the sparks of their own attraction, intertwined and overlapping associations, layers of contradictions and absurdity are revealed.
Questions and discussions about meaning and essence, definitions, explanations or translations of words and phrases, if inconsistent, will be a self-talk, but the co-temporal nature of feelings and experiences will be the focus of the extended behavioral scene.
The gathering of human beings is always a feast for the intuition of the unspeakable!
