彭靖在香港土生土長，於2014年在香港浸會⼤學視覺藝術院取得視覺藝術學位，以及在2022年香港中⽂⼤學取得藝術碩⼠學位。她對身體記憶與感知、關係與連結、未知與風險、土地與植物作為其創作靈感，透過⾏為藝術的創作實踐來探索⾝體與靈性的連結，發掘能⾒者與可⾒者的關係，試圖把不可⾒的內在流動和氣韻呈現眼前。她深信透過藝術家的⾝體經驗及與觀眾的互動，在 ⾏為現場的過程中能揭示深層的⾃我，來觀照不可⾔說的。每⼀次的⾏為現場都是⼀場⾝、 ⼼、靈的內省歷程，遊走於自身與他者；主體與客體；主動與被動；中心與邊緣；限制與自由；過去與現在；開始與終結；生命與死亡；有與無。
彭氏於2016年成立彭彭畫會 (PANG PANG DRAWING CLUB)，致力於推廣人體寫生創作的發展。於2023年成立熔爐 (FURANCE)，香港行為現場實驗室，位於灣仔富德樓，致力推廣行為創作，是個無限創意奇想空間，與不同界別的創作者進行跨界合作，共同發掘感知與被感知的身體經驗與深刻思考。
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Pang Jing received her degree in Visual Arts from the Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University in 2014 and her MFA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2022. Inspired by physical memory and perception, relationships and connections, the unknown and the risky, the land and its plants, Pang explores the connection between the body and spirituality through performance art, examining the relationship between seeing and being seen. Pang believes that through the artist's own experience and interaction with the audience, she can reveal the deeper self in the process without language. Each performance is a journey of introspection for oneself, one's heart, and one's soul, moving between self and other, subject and object, active and passive, centre and periphery, limitations and freedom, past and present, beginning and end, life and death, and being and not being.
In 2016, PANG founded the PANG PANG DRAWING CLUB, which is dedicated to promoting life drawing development and creativity. In 2023, Pang established FURANCE, a Hong Kong Performance Arts laboratory, which is located in the Foo Tak Building. It is dedicated to promoting the sharing of performance art creativity. It is a space of infinite creativity and whimsy, where cross-boundary collaborations are held with creators of different disciplines to explore the body's experience of sensing and being sensed and profound thinking.

彭彭畫會成立於2016年，每週一次的週末人體寫生畫聚，致力於推廣人體寫生及身體自主之創作，每場都具特別主題，如畫家系列、色彩研究、概念解構等，至今已舉辦過約五百場life drawing session，參加人次約四千至六千人左右。
Founded in 2016, PANG PANG DRAWING CLUB hosts weekly weekend life drawing sessions dedicated to promoting figure drawing and body-autonomous artistic creation. Each session features a specific theme—such as artist spotlights, colour studies, or conceptual deconstruction. To date, the club has hosted around 500 life drawing sessions, drawing approximately 4,000 to 6,000 total participants.

熔爐成立於2023年，香港行為現場實驗室，位於灣仔富德樓，致力推廣現場藝術創作，是個無限創意奇想空間，與不同界別的創作者進行跨界合作，開放實驗性的創意計劃，包括行為現場、人體寫生、展覽、繪畫課程、集體即興、形體課程、行為藝術課、駐場交流、季節地攤、快閃店、無法被定義或被命名的創作等，高度鼓勵以過程為主的創作模式，共同發掘感知與被感知的身體經驗，探索生命力、共存與當下之深刻思考。
Founded in 2023 and located in Foo Tak Building, Wan Chai, FURNACE HK is a live performance and action art laboratory based in Hong Kong. We promote live art creation and provide a space for creative imagination, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration among creators from various fields. The space hosts open, experimental creative projects, including live art/performance art, life drawing, exhibitions, painting courses, collective improvisation, physical theatre courses, performance art workshops, artist residencies, seasonal markets, pop-up shops, and indefinable or uncategorizable creations. It strongly encourages a process-driven creative approach, inviting participants to jointly explore the bodily experience of perceiving and being perceived, while delving into profound reflections on vitality, coexistence, and the present moment.
